Database Settings
A number of sites have recently been experiencing performance issues with Visual Traffic 3 and 4. After investigating it was discovered that the VT database recovery model had been set to Simple Recovery Mode. Changing this to Full Recovery Mode fixes the problem.
If users are experiencing timeouts or poor performance in VT we recommend you check this setting, or alternatively call support on (02) 9440 9811 and we can check it for you.
